Having a Thanksgiving supper Sunday night. Doing the apple brine from the cooking topics on a 12.5lb turkey. The wife is making stuffing, smashed taters and greenbean caserole. Going to be fun

After reading that Larry Wolf's "Orange Marmalade Siracha Wings" are "the best thing I've ever pulled out of this forum", I've got to try them.

I'm doing 3 racks of babyback from Sams Club.
1.Stubs rub(Herbal-Mustard)Mopping sauce,Bar BQ sauce.
2.Penzeys (BBQ3000)with my special sauce.
3.Galena street Rib rub. with Johnnys Piedmont sauce.
I hope it's turns out OK!
4th time making BBQ ribs.
I wonder which ones they will like?
