Well one of my Roasts is done already. And were not eating til 4pm and its 8am, what do I do? How do you reheat? But not dry out?

John,double wrap it in heavy duty foil and put it in a cooler. Put a folded towel on top and close the cooler. No peeking! It will hold it's temp and even drop a little bit. HTH

If you have a remote thermometer you might want to stick it in the meat. It mustn't fall below 140. If it does put it in the oven foiled at 150-175.
