what temp to pull BUTTS

What temp should I pull the butts off of the smoker? I will be doing pulled pork and will wrap them and let them rest in a hot box for a few hours. I have read that some pull at 190 why others do 200 what is a good rule of them?

Edmund, I use anything above 195 as an INDICATION that they might be done. Test for tenderness in the meat. Don't use just temps for a rule. The meat should be very tender to any probing. Then it's done
