ALLLLLL RIIGGGGGHHTTTT!!! Y'all win. You have convinced me. My birthday is next Tuesday (the 26th) and I told my wife that I wanted to go to the Outback and I'm gonna try it medium (my wife says their medium is more like med-rare) and see what happens. This Friday, however, is a trip to Big Bob Gibsons!!!
