As always , like everyone else been pretty busy... Takin some pics but not much posting...

Here's some Cajun dusted tilapia tacos with some store bought (really good) Moe and Joes Artichoke/garlic salsa with Sirracha





Some more tacos... Leftover smoked chicken leg quarters that were Marinated in Goya Chipotle and high heat smoke with Apple wood.... Pulled and extras were frozen and used this meal and seasoned with fajita seas with moe and joe salsa side of black beans/rice





Hot dogs and turkey cheddar sausages with some toasted rolls







Picked this NY strip section up 21 lbs for $4.99 lb... No grilled cookin pics but it was delicious ....



Chicken legs marinated in balsamic vinaigrette



Chicken thighs seasoned with penzeys Arizona dreaming, seared off and then placed in a container of Rick Bayless Mole sauce and finished indirect for about 30-40 minutes

These were incredible, great moisture and flavor. The wife usually don't wat thighs but had 2 meals worth of these

A few small chops brined in Apple juice, ACV and some Cajun

What did you cook that 21lb on?? You got an industrial rottiserie?

Them some mighty good looking cooks you did. Everything looks so delicious I'd take any one of them.
