What is your best cook ever ?

I really nailed a smoked whole packer brisket for NYE a couple of days ago. I was shocked by how tasty it was, and the guests were blown away. I could not have been happier with it. The pics don’t do justice to how juicy it was. Having the point for leftovers tonight.

Still on the way! My first brisket was a pretty amazing cook. The one before last was really amazing, the next feast should be pretty good too!
