What is this?

Does anyone know what this is? It has a slight 'Weber-ish' look to the lid and such, but I don't know. I'm certainly no expert.

No idea what it is, but someone has affixed a wooden Weber handle to the lid.

It may be a grill made by Magma. They make stainless kettles, usually smaller though, that are intended for use on boats and marine settings.
