Nothing is missing (assuming you have the bar that is attached to the frame where it swings)

That little curved part at the end of the L bar fits into the plastic slider hole in picture 1

For the most part they need to be taken from another grill as Weber doesn't sell those parts any longer. I have seen a couple sets along with tables for sale on eBay recently, so that is a good place to look if you don't want to pick up another grill for parts.
