So I got it all cleaned up and fired it up today. Fired right up. I used the manual light hole in the front. Just one more question: I think the upper flavor bars are still serviceable but the lowers are absolutely shot. They appear to be a little under 23.5 in. And I haven’t seen this size anywhere. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks everybody.

They don't sell them separately. You will have to buy a full set unless you get some from a fabricator like Dave Santana.
I just ordered a set off Amazon for almost $50. Should be here tomorrow.

If you buy some, make sure they are 16 gauge and stainless steel.

One more question: does anybody know what the part is for the drip tray? Does one somehow connect underneath the hole in the bottom of the tray?

I think what you are referring to is something like this:

The small pan that holds the aluminum foil trays slides in and out of the holder that clips to the hole in the bottom of the large main grease tray.
