What are the exact parts needed to do a Weber Q regulator delete?

This wire rack on the bottom of this stand looks upside down on the left side but on the right side it falls onto the axle the way I thought it was supposed to. What is wrong here?

It's upside down. Take it off and flip it.
On the axle side you pull up instead of down and the center of the wire rack snaps into place over the axel to hold that end up in place.

Thanks Josh.
I have a temp Guage for it. An oem oval one like the one you adapted in the link that you sent me, but where did you get the bezel for it? I did not find them on amazon.

Have you all had any good luck with aftermarket piezo ignitors?
They are virtually identical to the Weber branded ones. I am pretty sure they are all made in one of a few factories and companies simply contract to buy a set amount of them and then rebrand them and sell them. I have used over probably 100 of them and never had an issue with one.

This Q200 has a single grill grate. When I shop for a replacement, I see options for double grill grate. Some have adapters some do not. How do I know if it will use the double or if it will work with the adapters.

I think you will need the adapters with a double.
See your support that is in the center on both sides. That will be right in-between your double grates not supporting. So if you cook something in the middle the grates will tip.

I have a new set of QuliMetal grates that would fit and the adapter plates to go with them. Not sure how much it would cost to ship.

Thanks Bruce,
Any advantage to the divided grates besides the use of a griddle?

Thanks Josh,
I have yet to decide what grates I want to get
