Were is does the meat come from ?

Hi all,

I am new into this having used a Weber kettle for 5 years, now I have entered the WSM world. I have allready done Ribs, and a lot of other stuff, but I can not find the name of the meat. I am from Denmark, and I have no clue of what a brisket is etc. I have tried to look it up, but no luck so far. Do anyone know a site that shows the meat and were it belonged to on the animal ?
