Greetings everyone and I'm glad to be here. It looks like a ton of knowledge to sort through and learn from! I'm excited to be joining you as I've cooked in many ways for many years. As far as Webers go I own a 22" kettle, an 18(.5) WSM and a lightly (so far) modded 22(.5) WSM. I have a family size of seven that I cook for daily and I really enjoy that.
