Hi folks. Thought I would share a quick weeknight grill. This is the type of thing that happens all the time but doesn't end up in a post.
Got home and put the chops in a saltwater brine for about 45 minutes.
Dried the pork and seasoned with S&P
I have a bag of lump so I decided to use it to grill for a change.
Put the pork on direct for about three minutes a side.
Then on to the indirect side for about ten minutes, switching them around halfway.
Pork off to rest, bread on to heat.
And plated with some rice and broccoli Kim made.
In my haste to get dinner fixed I forgot to brush them with oil so they didn't get the golden brown I like but everyone liked them and it turned out great.
Hope you're having a great week. It's all downhill from here! Thanks for looking!
