Weekend grills...

The weather was good in the south of the UK - so I had no excuse (not that rain ever stopped me)

Saturday night was steak night - a 2lb rump to be shared..along with onions/courgettes and mushrooms stuffed with garlic/parsley butter



Then Sunday...a mix of what we had available in the freezer...
first up, old english bangers, jacket potatoes and roast chicken



followed by a couple of small lamb steaks, chicken wrapped in bacon kebabs and more mushrooms



there were a couple of small salmon steaks too - but I forgot to take pics of those.
