Weekend Desert is Skillet Peach Tart

Started out with the ingredients for the crust and filling. Used my Cuisinart to mix the crust, then into our 12 inch CIS. I then sprinkle a ¼ cup of the sugar mixture on the crust. Peaches going into skillet, then on the performer indirect heat for about 1 hour. Done and ready to come in to rest for 30 minutes before cutting. Served with ice cream and Raspberries.
Man was that delicious.

You gotta stop torturing me with these kinds of posts, Barb! When it comes to making desserts, my skill level is literally 0.0, which is actually a good thing because if I knew how to make that tart for myself, I would probably eat half of it in one sitting.

Been looking forward to your tarts since you mentioned them on your SD Post. That is one super fantastic dessert Barb, done on the grill no less. Where on earth did you find those peaches? The ones offered in stores around here right now are like rocks.
