Greetings!
For the past few months, I've been watching DVRed episodes of Steven Raichlen and came across one of his shows where he uses a rotisserie to do baby back ribs hot and fast.
So last Sunday, I broke out the Weber Performer and used my Canjun Bandit rotisserie attachment to spin up some baby backs at 300 degrees. I used 50 KBB briquettes (25 in each basket) and added another 16 about an hour later. Total time on the spit was just at 2 hours with another 10 mins after applying the BBQ sauce.
The ribs turned out great and this will be something that I'll repeat again real soon!
