Weber once, Weber forever


 
My go-to set-up is a Weber 22" MAstertouch Grill with a SlowNSear Plus and DripPan which I use on a weekly basis for the last few years. This set-up is great for both grilling and smoking.

I also have a WSM 18" "Classic" that I purchased new in the year 2008 and the 14" Weber Smoky Joe.

I have not used the excellent WSM "Classic" for some bit-of-time as the Weber Mastertouch and Weber Smoky Joe serves both my Grilling and smoking Needs.

Kettles are awesome, I would recommend spending a little more for a master touch, I like the added height and the lid holder and the warming rack and gourmet system grate are fun to play around with.

Good luck. The dark blue one that just came out is very nice, my wife won’t authorize another kettle but she knows an EX6 is on its way next year😃
