And if the issue is resolved through a new regulator you now have an imbalance issue. Now, here is the "good" part (if there can be a good part here). For all intents and purposes the orifice is only there to meter max flow. Less than max is handled in the valve itself and by the regulator (since prior to the manifold full pressure potential is present via the regulator).I won't know if the problem is resolved until Sunday, I may still put on a new regulator.
Reallythere might be others down the road looking at this as a "How-To" thread.
But you're not the one using the grill, right? I'm very protective of my wife and I'm sure you are, too.Ed, I highly appreciate your concern with my safety, no really
Remember during COVID somebody said something about bleach and somebody else tried it? You just never know.Really

I usually have mine "protect" me (just kidding I don't want a certain someone throwing even more shade on me). But then again she is pretty darn sensible. Grew up with a dad that sent her to gun training classes, took her hunting, she got her CCW permit now as well, and damn if she doesn't outshoot the dickens outta me. Running joke is with my family is she is my bodyguardI'm very protective of my wife and I'm sure you are, too.
