Weber Genesis Junior Redhead barn find

As I searched for used Weber Genesis 1000s for parts, etc, I came across this JUNIOR redhead in a barn. It turns out it has a CASE/IH logo on the front.
Was this some sort of corporate gift/promotion?
It is a two burner grill, and has several parts missing, but worth the price I paid. So I grabbed it anyway, just in case someone here needs parts for their junior. A few of them may be interchangable with a regular size model as well.
Photos show it in front of my regular size model.
Googling has not revealed much info on the CASE/IH connection. Does anyone have the backstory on this oddball?

Sure doesn't look like a "normal" Junior. Seems to have a shallow lid and fire box. Whereas the Juniors everyone else like Jon and such show seem to feature a taller lid and deeper box. So, yours really looks like an oddball. Maybe it's a "Youper" version :D

Those logo lids were indeed promotional runs of the genesis/spirit grills. As I understand it, they were never really for sale in regular retail stores but were normally distributed out to the logo companies various branches and/or given to employees within the organization.

Like maybe Case/IH contracted weber for 1000 grills with their logo and then they sent one to each of their local dealers for use at the dealership or maybe to be used as a promotional item such as a give away or raffle or something like that.
Other companies maybe contracted for a given number to be given to a certain group or level of employees within the organization.

If I ever pick one up, I plan to ask the owner about the story behind the grill.

Thanks for the info. With that as a starting point, I have identified this as a Spirit 500.
I am still not sure what the CASE/IH connection is...
Maybe these were made as a sales promotion for CASE/IH farm equipment...perhaps a giveaway for buying a tractor, etc.? I did find it in a barn after all...
That being said. I do not need a project and would happily send parts from this to anyone who needs them at no cost (just shipping, etc.)
