Not many rehabbers left in GA anymore I suspect like me did 2 or 3 and then retired. If I had a friend who wanted one which is all I will do anymore this would be a great candidate its that short lived model think they did it for 2 years if I remember.

These grills were only made in 2000 and 2001 kind of a one off for a few years. Jeff did a couple of them I believe.

For the second time in 4 months I lucked out and grabbed me another 00-01 Genesis Gold Unicorn. This is a B model also in Black like the C model I picked up back in July. This one is in much better shape and will require just some light cleaning, sanding, & painting with just some light...

This is my favorite model, increasing hard to find so hope every one of them can be saved. I found a Gold B with a blown out firebox, melted manifolds, dreaded leftside cross member rotted through… was beyond saving. However, the side shelves each are one-piece units (unique design of this model) that provide structural rigidity. So even removing firebox, and with rusted out cross members, it’s still solid enough to reclaim and convert to side workcart:
