Weber has lowered the MAP, so everyone who sells them has discounted the Genesis models to make way for the new Genesis 2's that are coming.

I just pulled the trigger on a Genesis myself, went to my local appliance shop and ordered a 310-EP in "Weber black". I figure that will look like it fits with the 26" OTG, the Smokey Joe and the 18.5" WSM. The $100 off was nice and after looking over the 2017 revamp I'm glad I didn't wait! I'm sure the new style will grow on me, but I'm glad I got my order in for the 2016 model while I could.
