Weber Genesis E310 vs II S345 is it worth upgrading?


 
Oh, OK, the sear burner may have been the reason. I am not real familiar with them and how they affect temps overall.
 
I used to have a grill with one of those horizontal IR burners running long the back for the rotisserie. That grill never put out decent heat, unless I also turned on the rotisserie IR burner. I did the same thing with the new Weber out of habit, and clearly it was unnecessary.
 
Bruce, that grill you posted is haunted!!! There's a ghost on the inside of the lid, I can see him plain as day! It looks like he's been eating a lot of bbq, too!;)

Seriously, that grill is gorgeous! Nice work, very nice.
