Weber Genesis 1000 LX and Genesis Silver B... I have them both, now what?

Definitely not. About all you can get now from Weber are some of the basic parts shared by the 1000 and later Silver/Gold grills. Sad to say, but it is going to get harder all the time to restore these cool old grills when they need more than just burners, flavorizer bars, and Grates.

As Jon stated, very little at this point. If all you're worried about is finding the consumable parts then you're good to go for many more years I'm sure.
