Weber Flame Fire Pit 27000

I found a Weber Flame locally. At first, I didn’t know what it was.
I needed to look it up and read about it. Anyway, I paid the guy
40 dollars and took it home.
What a complete mess. It needed a complete overhaul.
A little rust but not much.
At least 15 cockroaches came out, a geeco lizard and tons of shells from
tree nuts. I think I interrupted a long lost eco system.

Some matching grey paint, lots of scrubbing and it looks brand new.
It’s 105 in the shade here now, but I WILL be using this come fall.

I did add some lava rocks.

PS mine still has the propane tank factory Weber cover.
Like to trade that for a good condition Flame cover.

Cool! What a deal! Need to see some pictures, please!

I know it's an older post but if you can still get that Fire pit for $100 scoop it up ASAP.

Don't let the missing faux logs stop you, a quick search of Amazon and you can get the ceramic logs for anywhere from $20 on up. The are merely for decoration.

Regarding the Lava Rock, it did come with all Weber Flame Fire Pits. I still have my brand new Weber Flame 27000 sitting in the box as my other one is going strong.

They are very cool, but if the guy just assembled it, either he can’t read or is seriously visually impaired. Looks like the thing is barely bolted together. $100, maybe but, I agree it needs the logs!

I never understood why they make fire pit with LP. Inside with NG to warm up the house for newer homes i understand. The Weber LP fire pit is supposed to burn what LP ? I think we wired for the smell of wood burning outside, most people are.
Ya is a cool appliance but there is no feeling in it. Wood burning fire has its magic, LP does not.
