Yep, you can see the cracking around the edge and the very edge shows the ceramic coating has completely chipped away. The rest looks OK though.

Sand it, high temp paint it and be ready to re do it every few years?

Any way to get a new/ better condition lid. I'm in Jersey....

See photos in thread below. You can’t get a new lid for the Weber flame as they have discontinued production.

Only source is from a parts heater. You might get lucky and find someone dumping theirs because it doesn't work or whatever.

If it's a keeper, you could also have it sandblasted and re-porcelainized by Independence Porcelain Enamel.
