Weber Customer Service.


 
Got to admit they are good. Just called to get new bail holders on my 2009 performer because when I converted it to a full time pizza kettle I forgot to take the bail off and fried the standoffs really well. The nice lady said she would send me three new ones at no charge, she sent the whole bail assembly + three extra standoffs
 
I agree! I ended up getting 1 1997 Genesis 1000LX and needed a few odd pieces to finish it off. These were screws to hold down the control panel, some end cap covers and spider guards. I called customer service and after a few minutes, they said they were sending everything out gratis. I actually said that’s okay, let me pay and the lady said “Enjoy your grill Mr. Jacobsen”. What always impresses me however is how they really wish to help. Let’s solve your problem………

Never had to call Weber's customer service and except for a couple kettles (one being my 26") everything I own was brand new and bullet proof. Atta boy to Weber manufacturing :)
