Weber Customer Service is the Best


 
Third! I have only had to call them twice, but both times they picked up on the second ring. I don't think I have ever spent more than 7 minutes on the phone with them either time, and the service has always been great.
 
I think they are nicer on the phone than online. They are nice there but, were unable to do what I asked them. I did find the help I needed here though so, it all turned out pretty much just as hoped. Between the two places, life's pressing questions are answered.
 
When I bought my Genesis from Ace hardware 10 years ago there was a tiny chip on the lid. I didn't even notice it, it was in the back by the hinge. The associate said that he would make sure I got a new lid. I had it in a few days. I was amazed! I still haven't swapped them out, I'm waiting for the original one to look bad...it hasn't happened yet!
