What I understand is that they work, but they do not keep stuff real cold. I think they are kind of like an RV refrigerator where they get cold, but do not regenerate real quick if they are constantly being opened.
I doubt you can get ANY parts for this novelty item. They catch my eye, too, but really the only thing they have going for them that stands out is the Weber handle.
