Weber Chicken

My go-to for a fast, delicious meal off the grill. Weber Chicken Marinade from my original '90's kettle, indirect setup, about 40 minutes with a baste of the marinade every 40 minutes. Tasted great, and was plated up (not shown) with some tater tots and sauteed spinach.

Thanks for looking, and grill on!

Thanks, guys. The color comes from a combination of the marinade ingredients, smoke and the baste. I've done it without basting, and they don't get the same depth of color. I think I've posted it before, but the marinade from my old kettle manual is:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup veggie oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar (I sub balsamic)
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Pretty easy, very good, and consistent with any chicken parts you have hanging around.
