Waygu in Florida

Does anybody know of a butcher or distributor of Waygu and/or Kobe beef here in Florida?

You can call Whole Foods down on PGA and see if they carry it - 561.691.8550 - some WF do. I don't know of any butchers on the Coast that carry it - but I don't really know the butchers on the Coast. We have one in Okee (just a country butcher, so no Wagyu) so I've never really needed to look for one there. I order Wagyu on line from Snake River. They probably have a distributor in Florida for food service customers but you'd have to e them to find out (customerservice@snakeriverfarms.com). You might be able to go that route. I have not needed a large amount in Florida so have not done that. If you get to the southwest at all you should be able to get it at Jimmy P's in Naples - 239.643.6328. I've not been there in some time but it is likely they still carry it.
