I came across a beautiful rib eye this weekend and thought I'd share...

Still looking for the right spot for the OTS...this will do for now.
The clouds never quite parted for this.


Threw on some taters coated with kosher salt and evoo...
After about an hour at 375* I tossed some steamed broccoli with italian dressing





Taters and broccoli off and did a high heat sear for 6 min and 4 min
Like my new grate? A friend of mine gave it as a going away present



Plated and pure



And the beverage of choice

Those close up plated shots are great. I imagined...."If I didn't have a fork or knife....I'd just lean over and start eating it right off the plate" ;)
