Warming leftover pulled pork

Hi All,
I am going to smoke some pulled pork for a camping trip. I'll smoke it on friday for saturday dinner. I am going to have a pot full so I am wondering how to warm it up. I usually add some BBQ sauce but I want to try something different. I will be cooking on a coleman stove so no microwave or oven. Any thoughts? Maybe a vinegar based sauce?
Thanks
Chip

If you have a vacuum sealer you could package the pulled meat and heat the vac pacs in boiling water when needed. If you don't have a vac sealer I believe zip lock bags will work if you squeeze the air out after filling.

Either way, I'd ensure to keep them on ice until they take their hot water bath.

I like to package without sauce so I can use the vac pacs in whatever dish I am making such as tacos, nachos, egg rolls, chili, BBQ, etc. I add seasonings and sauces to fit the dish.

I hope this helps give you a few ideas. Here's a ref article: http://virtualweberbullet.com/storing.html

Put a little apple juice on your CI or dutch oven and your pork and heat until Its hot...

I reheat in Ziplocks in a gradual boil (start cold and let the water heat with the meat). You can add moisture once it's hot. Try Sriracha cut with AJ or BBQ sauce.

Funny enough, I'm about to reheat a pack for dinner today.

Foil it up tight with some apple juice and (if you like it) some apple cider vinegar. Think of it as you are not so much baking the pork but steaming it back to being warm. You don't even need to take a pan for this method. Add the sauce at the end once its hot.

If you are going to warm in the vacuum seal bag make sure you have plenty of room in the pot! I busted/melted a bag open because I crammed a large bag into a small pot! I was in a hurry - when I pulled the bag out all the contents remained in the pot of boiling water....solution chili seasoning and a slow simmer - made a pretty good PP chili -
