Warm water lobster

My son decided to take the helm today. These warm water lobsters were a bit sweeter but less tender. Filets. Everything seasoned with SPG, cooked on the Performer over Cowboy lump. Steamed vegetables. Roasted potatoes with onions and garlic cloves. Merlot.
