Wanted beer, so I made wings!

Was in the mood for a good beer last night so I cooked up a bunch of wings.

SPOG on the wings, then added some cornstarch and finished with a little avocado oil.

Placethe wings on a 400° WSK setup and cooked them for 40 minutes and then quickly seared them over direct heat.

Mixed up some SBR, ACV and Tabasco and lightly coated the cooked wings.

And served them with a German Pilsner. Very refreshing and good!

Served along with some chicken sausages and the red peppers got roasted for a future meal.

They look real good. What do you cook up when you are in the mood for a good shot of bourbon?
I have a tequila collection. I know nothing about bourbon.

For tequila, anything MX goes well. Anything!
