Well, I didn't really plan this, but the wife got so pork chops on sale so thats what we had. Marinaid half in this dry bbq marinade that I have, and the other half I used a Rub I made (s&p onion and garlic powder , ginger, thyme, and some dried orange zest). Here we go on the Performer.

Used some pecan for smoke, and diced up some potatoes (lawry's season salt, pepper, dried onions, thyme, crushed red pepper, and a crushed up beef bullion cude) wraped in foil.

Not a whole lot of action shots, but it turned out pretty good! Well, happy veterans day to all of you, and thank you to all you vets out there for your service.
