Venison shoulder, what to do and how to do it?


 
I don’t hunt, don’t intend to. A gift is a gift, he is a responsible hunter. My multi tag filling is pure conjecture, his wife would prefer the mall to a blind or stand but, does go with him from time to time, is an excellent shot but does not always happen to have the best vantage point, when tags are filled, they do not double dip. I’m sure you are equally responsible. If you were to appear with a cooler of venison I would be happy to cook for you too. Ever hear of a wise crack?
