Vac Packed Bacon While Curing?

I picked up a food saver off of craigslist a while back and I was wondering, does anyone vac pack their bacon while curing?

I do sometimes, I don't always pull a full vacuum on it because I like to have some room to overhaul the dry cure around the meat. It is nice though to not have to worry about a zip-bag breaking open.

What Dave said... also sometimes use it with wet cures as well.
