Using up my dough


 
I like it, love a home pie over 90% of some deliver pies.
Your havevthat tasty crust look to them.

I posted this recipe in my CI pizza thread. I used a webpage calculator to experiment with this simple recipe. Super easy and effortless to make.

Used the new KA beast to knead the dough for 10 minutes. Then weighed and separated each ball and then ferment/rise for a few hours.

Even grated my own mozz block and pecorino wedge. Cooked on convection 450° for 8-9 minutes on a pizza screen.
