Using Never Seize when assembling a rehabbed grill

Hi everyone,

I read with a lot interest the posts here of all the rehabs being done but I noticed one thing is conspicuous by it's absence, when I was an auto mechanic I discovered a very useful product that I used on anything I didn't want to freeze up and I used it on the blue top grill I rehabbed especially when I put screws or bolts in aluminum, I call it Never Seize, it is a nickle rich lubricant that can be very handy. Just thought I would put that out there in case no one has heard of it.

I am putting my rehabbed Genesis Silver back together this week and I'm glad I read your post Ed. I've got a bottle of anti-seize on my shelf that I will make use of when I put the firebox back in.

If you have a racer friend, ask if he has any Copaslip, which is a copper-based anti-seize. It's great for high heat applications. It's sold at speed shops.
