Did not do this on the smoker. I have made it in the dutch oven though. You could make it in a cast iron skillet in the smoker. You'd want to lie it really good with parchment though.

Love peaches anything! That looks really good Case. While I was in the hospital Barb made a huge peach pie from some peaches our next door neighbor gave us. It's still in the freezer and for the life of me I don't know why. Guess Barb doesn't want to defrost it probably afraid I'll scarf the whole thing down.

Thank you! We like peaches too. Origiinally I wanted to do a peach melba spin on this but our raspberries quit producing.Love peaches anything! That looks really good Case.
