So Saturday into Sunday is/was first overnight brisket cook... Started with nearly 10 lb'er... Trimmed, injected with beef broth/worchesthire Friday night and rubbed down Saturday afternoon ....

The brisket I woke up to this am... For some reason my temps were fluctuating all over da place ... I think I used too many leftover coals for minion and they were all blazing when I dumped em about 1130 pm last night ... I spritzed with apple juice a few times
Beer for breakfast ... Why not!!!
Some vinegar based slaw
Caprese Salad
Doctored up beans , ABTs and first run at burnt ends...
A lot of first in this cook... So wifey pickin up some hot dogs and buns just in case...
The brisket is in a faux cambro right now...(also a first)... Having some friends and family over to eat about 3 pm...
