Universal condiment


 
I like this better than Sriracha because of the crunchy texture it gives. It also has more flavor than other chili crisps that I tried.
 
So um, how do you pronounce that product?
Around here we call it “Chili Crisp” and it tastes good on most everything.
 
I have some, love it..but a different brand. I would never buy the Momofuku one, after David Chang tried to trademark a recipe that’s been around for thousands and thousands of years, and got very predatory suing anyone else selling it.
