Ultimate Goal Corn Salsa

The Ultimate goal on this cook was making some Corn Salsa that you can get the recipe Here So it started with corn on the cob, peppers, and onion over direct heat.

Hung out around the garden admiring the spring flowers

All the components for the salsa are complete

still got a hot fire so some healthy brats are in order. They look better after they are cooked.

Brats done and here is your lame plate with some Mexican Street Corn, no picture of the condiments on the Brats no reason why. Anyway here is the Salsa mix and that was what I was ultimately after. It was very good the salsa.
