Two Wonderful Turkey Breasts

The wife is carving the two turkey breasts that I did this evening. Have a church Christmas dinner tommorow after service. I cooked two in the WSM.

I'm telling you, you can keep your deep fryers. I will take a Turkey cooked in my WSM any day.

Juicy, tender and very flavorful. I used Pecan wood this go-round. Very mellow and tasty.

this was last month's recipe of the month... i tried it and it was delish.....

this months recipe is alil to pricey for me.. cant wait for next months recipe.. take care
 
Mike, I smoked two for a friend the other day. Came out perfect. I agree, keep the messy fried turkey, I will take mine smoked.
 
Smoked turkey is great for sure but fried turkey is too. Plus, unless you have trouble filtering the oil, I dont see where it is any worse than clean up after smoking. JMHO.

I like turkey smoked, baked, fried, grilled, spit roasted, anyway but raw...
