'Til vacation!!! Going to pack up the WSM and take her to the beach. Going to BJ's before I go down to load up on meat. Picnics, Ribs, and a beef tip roast. Bratwurst and chicken can pick up down there. Hope to rake some clams and get some Flounder, or any fish for that matter to do on the grill. If the fish 'taint biting, maybe try a meatloaf.
