A quick and simple dinner, just how I like it. Especially on a Tuesday. This cooking in the dark thing is really getting old šŸ˜‚

Just did a rub on the pork and some olive oil, salt and soy sauce on the broccoli šŸ„¦.

I can appreciate the ā€œCooking in the darkā€ headache, itā€™s going to get worse next week! Iā€™ve been lucky, if I donā€™t START too late, my little solars will get me through most of November, after that, we just have more cloud cover than will get them well juiced up!
You did just fine, Iā€™d eat all of that!
