A quick and simple dinner, just how I like it. Especially on a Tuesday. This cooking in the dark thing is really getting old
Just did a rub on the pork and some olive oil, salt and soy sauce on the broccoli .
Seared the loins then moved them up top. Took them off about 145 for a quick rest Sliced perfectly and served! Got some left for Taco Wednesday!Cheers!
