Two Day Chicken Bonanza

So the CEO thawed out a bunch of chicken as she was going to cook her Mom's recipe chicken for us and she was supposed to make a big chicken dinner for the Shepards Meal at our Church which she does once a month. The Church called and said they had to much don't cook. What to do?
Well she made Chicken Pierina and I made Road Side Chicken the next night.

Nice chicken cooks Bill!! Be careful cooking that roadside...I've had neighbors call the fire department on me before!!i wish I was there with ya enjoying some Kentucky bourbon!! I guess I will settle for scotch tonight!!

Got some chicken ta ta's on the grill now!
 
Aw-w-w Bill, my state run liquor stores are all closed and will be tomorrow. Dang! That bottle sure looks like it will taste almost as good as your chicken. Good job, good friend!
 
The CEO's dish looks amazing, and the roadside chicken too. Love the look of the grilled polenta. Have to try that when the wind chill gets out of the single digits.
 
Bill I've never heard of nor can I pronounce the first item, please excuse the ignorance :) but I could eat that all day long and twice on Sundays. Great looking post all the way round. Thanks for sharing!
