Twice baked potatoes were topped with cheddar cheese and small pieces of bacon, steak was set to rest with a couple tabs of butter after it was cooked to our desired temp… just doesn’t get much better than this!

I'm not saying that twice baked potato relegated the rib eye to second string, but it was close. Great looking cook Marty.

Yep, not hard to beat Buffalo dust on a steak. We use it in rotation on our steaks.
