The Tuscan-Style Rib Chops with Panzanella are from Weber's Big Book of Grilling by Jamie Purviance. Lamb rib chops served on a salad of grilled bread, grilled eggplant, and tomatoes.

A full cocktail and everything ready to grill because this cook goes fast.
