Found this in the deep end of the backyard. No, I did not attempt to cook him/her.
i did however, grill some "tailgater" brats from sendiks.
...with waffle fries...
the brats smothered in salsa(s) and served with the fries and a sliced dill.
another day, we sludged up some bird parts. check this out...
seasoned with penzey's Old World...
...poured a tasty beverage...
...then fired- up the OTG outta the P1Gvilion.
Hung the sticks an' laid the thighs.
nearly an hour later, we did eet something very much like this.... <span class="ev_code_GREY">by the way, Where IS AL?</span>
then, today, i gather a few scrawny beef ribs and asked if they wanted to play.
They were scared <span class="ev_code_GREY">meat</span>less!
while those were quickly becoming toast, i shot a few photos of liz' garden . . .
it's a w.i.p.
back to the shiners...
pretty disgusted with these "ribs"...
...not sure if i shoulda wasted rub onum
foiled them to keep'um from becoming shoes soles.
and finally, the final photo.
these were two of the WORST racks of beef ribs i've purchased. And I should not have.
Butt, I was hungry, I saw BEEF ribs and I bought them.
ok, final tally:
No tasting the turtle.
The brats were just OK.
The Kettle Fried Chicken was GREAT!
The Shiners (beef ribs) basically, Sucked.
The beverages during all the cooks, outstanding!
